All uphill winter users (including skinning, snowshoe, hiking, xc-skiing, etc.) must agree to and adhere to our uphill policy, even if you're using Cuchara Mountain Park to access public lands.  Sledding and Snow Play only in the designated area, sign waiver here; NO sledding on the ski runs, ever!
